Why this matters
At Elpis Alliance for Veterans, we ship every order like it’s life-saving gear headed downrange—fast, tracked, and squared away. The details below set clear expectations for both sides of the supply line: you (the customer) and us (the mission team). Read them once, stash them in your ruck, and holler if anything’s unclear.

Legal reality check – This policy explains how we handle and deliver physical products sold at elpisalliance.org. It does not override local laws that may grant you additional rights. If you need formal counsel, grab a lawyer, not just this page.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Order Processing

Cut-off: Orders placed Mon-Fri before 1400 EST enter the pick-and-pack queue the same day.

Print-on-Demand (POD) items (tees, mugs) route to our Printful facility and usually ship in 2-3 business days.

Sleep Ammo Boxes are pre-built at our North Carolina location and ship in 1 business day—unless stock is being kitted (we run lean JIT batches).
What to include in the Shipping Policy
Service Interruptions & Force Majeure
Acts of God, carrier strikes, or zombie apocalypses may slow delivery. We’ll post banner notices on the site and in checkout if widespread interruptions hit.

Returns & Exchanges
Sleep gear is mission-critical; we handle returns under our separate Return & Mission-Failure Policy (link in footer). Apparel POD items are printed to order—size exchanges only if the garment is defective.

Key Update — “All Systems Go” Protocol

We ship like a launch sequence:

Gear on hand?
It rolls straight to the loading dock—usually within 1 business day. No idle time, no excuses. -
Drop-ship / 3rd-party item?
We wait for the vendor’s “all systems go”—print finished, QC passed, tracking generated—before releasing the order. That means you get a live tracking number only when the package is actually moving, not while it’s still on a print line. -
Mixed cart (on-hand + drop-ship)?
Expect two tracking numbers:-
Immediate-ship gear leaves first.

Vendor item ships the moment their green-light hits our dashboard.

Your confirmation emails will spell it out so you always know which package is airborne and which one is still at the staging area.
