Refund & Make it Right Policy

Straight talk first

​

If we ship you bunk gear, a mis-picked size, or a Sleep Ammo Box that looks like it survived a drop-zone landing gone wrong, we’ll make it right—repair, replace, or refund. No bureaucratic trench crawl.

Legal note – This page lays out how refunds work for purchases on elpisalliance.org. It does not override consumer-protection laws that may give you extra rights in your state or country. When in doubt, email us and we’ll square it away.

1 | Eligibility Window

  • 30 days from delivery scan to raise an issue.

  • Holiday gifts bought 1 Nov–25 Dec get until 31 Jan.

2 | What qualifies

Wrong size, defective POD apparel

Exchange or full refund

Send photo + order #

Damaged Sleep Ammo Box contents

Replace affected item(s)

Photo proof within 7 days

Missing parcel (carrier lost)

Reship or refund

Report to us after 48 hr

“Changed my mind” on unopened kit

Store credit or restock-fee refund

* Unopened returns incur a 15 % restocking fee (covers kitting labor).

Opened consumables (tea, supplement samples) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

3 | How to request

​

  1. Email support@elpisalliance.org with subject line REFUND REQUEST – Order ###.

  2. Include photos if it’s damaged or defective.

  3. We reply within 1 business day with RMA # and prepaid label (if return needed).

​

4 | Refund options

​

  • Original payment method – Up to 5 business days after we receive the return.

  • Store credit (Elpis Credits) – Issued instantly, plus bonus 10 % for choosing credit.

  • Donate the value – Turn it into an Elpis Sleep Study sponsorship; we send you a tax letter.

​

5 | Exceptions & edge cases

​

  • Used CPAP-adjacent items (pillows, mask liners) can’t be restocked—only replace if defective.

  • International orders – We’ll refund product cost; original shipping & customs fees are non-refundable unless it was our error.

  • Bulk donor shipments – Handled under separate sponsor agreement.
